Fruits of my labor

A few pics from what has been taking up all of my time lately. It was a blast though and I cant wait until we do another 100 mile dinner...maybe in the Spring this time! The menu was so long, but here are a few highlights....Roast Farm Chicken, Goat cheese Stuffed Squash Blossom Frittata, Pear Roasted Ham, Sweet Potato Fries, Butternut Squash with Brown Butter and Sage, Purple Hull Peas, Red Wine Vinegar and Garlic Pickles with local salt, Watermelon salad with goat feta, mint and red onion, Lemon Balm iced tea, Local wines and Port and last but not least Cantaloupe Lavender sorbet with Blueberry Pecan Crisp! This is ponly about half of what was served! Even the flowers were all local!
