Happy Day of the Dead! The smell of Marigolds always reminds me of this day. I didn't realize how much fun this day could actually be until I moved to Texas! But this post is really a follow up to Friday's post. These are pictures of the original owners of our family's farmhouse in Georgia. They have their own little cemetery right there in the front yard! An orange farmhouse with a cemetery....No really! In the Summer, it is not strange at all to hear my Brother in Law say..."I am going to mow around the cemetery today".
