3/4 cup sugar
8 eggs
(1) 9 inch baking pan
2 cups unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
15 ounces best quality dark chocolate
3/4 cup sugar
8 eggs
Grease or spray the baking pan. Melt the butter, cream and Chocolate in a glass bowl in the microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring each time. Add the sugar and stir until well dissolved, beat the eggs with a whisk or fork and add the chocolate mixture. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
Pour into pan and bake for 40 minutes. Remove and allow to cool in the pan (best if made 1 day ahead). Chill in cooler for 4- 6 hours. Dust with powdered sugar and serve. Voila!
