Dallas Flea Report

On Saturday I grabbed my friend Natalie(and she grabbed us coffee and her wonderful banana chocolate chip bread) and headed for the first annual Dallas Flea. Think of it as a really small Renegade Craft Fair. We met some lovely artists and ran into quite a few Etsy shop owners and their wares.

My favorite over all and the most charming was Leah Duncan. I just had to have some of her Illustrations and I can't wait to find some wall space to use them! Visit her Etsy shop here and her blog here!...Photo above via Leah Duncan,Letter press Calender cards.

There was a load of awesome vintage, but alas I left with none of these items. Without the hunt, I felt a little deflated. The thrill of THE FIND is what I live for so I saved my money for some handmade items instead.

This little shop was filled with beautiful jewelry findings and finished pieces, all with a vintage flare. This is Lisa Johnson of Cut and Paste. You can find her whimseys and writing here!

This is Stella Dallas. They had so many cute pillows and it was too hard to choose which ones I wanted. I didn't have a lot of room to carry things (with a camera and all) so I will have to visit their store, but I did pick up some perfect letterpress Calender cards from Stella and you can shop Stella Dallas here!

These pics are from a really great consignment furniture store in Dallas called again&again.
They refurbish loads of old chairs etc. into chic modern decor. Locally you can stop by at 2003 Henderson or via the web here!

I loved this vintage ornament but I could not quite figure out what it was....A Sugar Plum Fairy?

and this is Pamela Michelle another Etsy member, you can find her wonderful wooden jewelry and prints here. I think I am in love with the wooden feather necklace!
